The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field plus six 6 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Strategy development, including anticipating and solving potential problems related to project execution and change management; Quality control and quality assurance means, methods and programs; Power plant construction means, methods and programs; Advocating and developing new methodologies to successfully develop and construct of a power generation facility, including projects optimization; Electrical Distribution and Control Systems; Power Plant Operations and providing successful handover of constructed projects to Operations and Maintenance; Providing subject matter expertise and alternate solutions across different technologies such as Wind, Solar, or Geothermal; Managing personnel, suppliers and contractors involved in Power Plant engineering and construction activities, including but not limited to, substation, transmission lines, infrastructure, and other Balance of Plant experience wind, solar, geothermal, andor heavy industrial construction; Electricity energy sector working with independent power producer IPPs, utility, ISO or EPCconsulting firm; Managing budget and direct reports, including performance management; Grid connection and electrical substation main components and functioning; Funding strategies including Full Equity, Funding partnerships, and Project financing; Knowledge of HS laws and regulations; Knowledge of Informatics leveraging Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS.
