Required major field of study in Section H.4B Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent foreign degree. Experience listed in Section H.6a must be engineering maintenance experience in the cement or lime manufacturing industry in a supervisory role. Also requires the following Experience in using and applying maintenance tools, including root cause failure analysis, vibration monitoring and reliability analysis; Proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting of cement or lime manufacturing equipment, including cement mills, pneumatic transport pumps, vane compressors, air separators, material handling systems, dust collection systems, loading spouts, and rotary cement kilns; Proficiency in cement horizontal ball mills mechanical predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; Experience with industrial lubricants and lubrication analysis; Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate positive and professional working relationships with managers, team members and external customers; Ability to analyze complex issues, establish priorities, develop procedures, and effectively solve problems; Ability to lead teams to increase their productivity and efficiency to complete projects; strong planning, analytical and decisionmaking skills; Proficiency in MS Office programs; Knowledge of budgeting, planning, permitting, compliance, regulatory negotiations and process improvement; Proficiency in ERP software DataStreamSAP; and Requires 10 of travel within U.S.
