This position requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required 1 Designing and deploying data protection solutions, including Cohesity, Netbackup, and Data Domain; 2 Utilizing Unix Windows operating systems to perform backup and recovery operation on timely manner to ensure systems high availability; 3 Using networking concepts including TCP IP, Firewalls, and routing to enable secure data transfer, load balancing and Network performance tuning to improve overall health of the infrastructure; 4 Conducting scripting and automation to reduce the manual work on reoccurring tasks and to improve service of backup infrastructure; 5 Understanding compliance, legal and auditory requirements and creating necessary procedures, controls and knowledge base to ensure environment is compliant; and 6 Using infrastructure and data security concepts including activity directory security groups, Datalock, and Splunksyslog to integrate infrastructure with SSO, enable immutable backup data and deploy security best practices on backup IT infrastructure.br br Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.br br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
