Must have at least a Bachelors degree or higher, or foreign equivalent, in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus in either calibration, testingvalidation, or system engineering. All stated experience must include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following performing validation for automotive powertrain control software; reviewing and interpreting software written in modelbased design environments with either Matlab Simulink, or Labview; developing test cases for embedded control software; working with at least one of the following Application Lifecycle Management ALM tools Mathworks, IBM Rational, PTC Integrity, Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or Atlassian Jira; working collaboratively in crossfunctional teams meeting multiple deadlines; working with at least one of the following software development process standards ASPICE, CMMI, ISO 26262, or VModel; executing validation test plans in either a simulated environment or on vehicle powertrain systems; and working with at least one of the following industry recognized control interface tools ETAS INCA, Canalyzer, Canape, or ControlDesk. Must be willing to travel 18 domestically and 2 internationally. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
