TRAVEL DETAILS Painters Helpers will report each day to the worksite. They will then be transported, free of charge, from the work site to job sites located throughout the state of Wisconsin. They will then be returned to the worksite at the end of teach work day.br br DETAILS TO ANSWER OF QUESTION C.9 There is a familial relationship between the owner of the petitioner business Maximiliano Campos Dominguez, and the beneficiary Victor Manuel Campos Dominguez, because they are brothers. However, the beneficiary had no involvement in any of the recruitment process, holds no ownership interest in the business, does not influence in any way the decisionmaking of the business, and did not participate in the business before, during, or after the recruitment period.br br FURTHER EXPLANATION TO PREVAILING WAGE In field F.5n, we included the prevailing wage determination that was listed in G.4 of the ETA9141. This prevailing wage was based on the primary work location. However, the ETA9141 includes other, higher wages for additional worksites. The highest prevailing wage from all of the potential additional worksites is 27,789.00 per year. The wage range of 28,000 32,000 per year that was advertised during recruitment and listed in G.1 of this form is higher than the highest prevailing wage determined in the ETA9141. All hires for the open positions will receive a salary offer within this wage range, which is higher than the highest prevailing wage determined in the ETA9141.
