Through the Flagstar Mortgage division, the Company will operate nationally through 81 retail home lending offices in 26 states and a wholesale network of approximately 3,000 thirtyparty mortgage originators.br br The acquisition does not change the location of the Banks inhouse IT Department which will remain at the Regional Branch Office in Troy, Michigan.
