Specific Skills

Employer requires PhD in Construction Management or in a discipline closely related to the construction industry. Employer accepts a PhD in Technology and Design for Environment and Building in satisfaction of the degree requirement. Employer requires 1 a record of scholarly publications, 2 the ability to obtain external research grants and effectively conduct research, and 3 excellent written and oral English communication. This PERM application is for permanent employment certification for a university teacher. In satisfaction of 3, Employer accepts C demonstration of research, teaching, presentation or publication in English. In satisfaction of 4, Employer accepts demonstration of D i one semester 16 weeks in any role in or collaborating with an organizations or research project in any listed industry or a related industry; or ii past or current license as an Architect, Engineer or in a similar occupation.
