Experience must include one year of experience with each of the followingbr 1. Experience in the Rail Signaling industry;br 2. Experience as a Project Engineering Manager or Project Program Manager;br 3. Executing Signaling projects according to quality process and industry standards;br 5. Experience forecasting and managing the cost of an Engineering work package;br 6. Preparing a schedule of engineering activities and identifying the required resources, and track progress to that schedule;br 7. Managing engineering project deliverables to ensure project compliance with project goals and requirements;br 8. Tracking and reporting on the project progress using key performance indicators;br 9. Managing and protecting Engineering and providing feedback to the Project Manager when a Variation Order VO is needed; andbr 10. Overseeing the System, Application, Tests, Validation, RAM, and Safety areas in engineering projects.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Must be available to travel internationally up to 10 of the time.
