Must have experience with utilizing JavaScript with business rules, client scripts, UI policies and UI actions to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes to customize instances as per business needs; scripting in JavaScript using different modules within ServiceNow like script includes, script actions, mail scripts, and scheduled execution scripts; creating access control, access roles, and groups to restrict access to users and improve security; working on client scripts, UI policies and business rules to improve UI performance for end users; creating transform maps and transform scripts to load data into ServiceNow custom applications and configuring scheduled data import for importing data files from remote server locations; integrations with thirdparty applications, parsing JSON payload structures to perform necessary actions, and creating webbased forms for endusers; developing integrations with external systems using REST messaging, Script APIs and Table APIs using JavaScript; creating business rules and client scripts to perform server and client operations along with scheduled jobs to run automatic jobs at specific scheduled regular intervals; creating data sources from various external applications and scheduling scripts to parse incoming data and transforming the same into ServiceNow; configuring email notifications, inbound and outbound email actions, and developing mail scripts; and creating test cases using Automated Testing Frameworks ATF to perform testing during upgrades or major releases.
