Understanding of heat transfer principles including heat sink, heat pipes, cold plates, or vapor chamber;br 7. Understanding of closedloop control system, such as PID loop controls;br 8. Laboratory equipment used in thermal performance testing such as OCP servers, oscilloscopes, power meters, data acquisition systems, air flow chambers, or environmental chamber for systems based on air cooling and liquid cooling;br 9. Telecom design standards and environmental and design requirements for data center productTelecom products; andbr 10. Working with vendorsODMs on developing and analyzing cooling technological advancements, including publishing case studiestechnical papers describing thermal analysis of cooling systems.
