Expertise in reaction injection molding tooling design for prototype and mass production of refrigerators. Expertise in qualifying PU RIM tooling for mass production. Thorough knowledge of materials testing procedures including Design of Experiments methodology DOE, specifications and engineering procedures. Handson experience in multiple aspects of the foaming process, mechanical components and operation, tooling design, material handling and quality systems. Lean manufacturing experience i.e., 5S, PokaYoke, DMAIC SMED, etc.. Experience in a diverse and matrixed environment. Experience in manufacturing environment in areas such as industrial and process improvement engineering and related support areas. Significant experience in crossfunctional manufacturing processes and thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Up to 50 international travel.
