Specific Skills
Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in urban design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience completing all phases of the urban design process, including preparing conceptual plans, hand sketches, and 3D models, scale comparisons, case studies, and master plan drawings. Must have at least two years of experience preparing RFPs for architectural projects and delivering concept presentations to communicate the design process and design elements. Must have at least two years of experience conducting land use, zoning, and opportunityconstraint analysis as well as site analysis, including transportation, water, and grading analysis. Must have at least two years of experience working within multidisciplinary design and planning teams and collaborating with landscape architects, transportation engineers, civil engineers, real estate economic advisors, and cost estimators. Must be proficient in ArcGIS, Enscape, Power BI, Rhinoceros 3DGrasshopper 3D, and VRay. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
