Prior experience must include three 3 years with executing project financings and other structured finance products over US200 million in size, including term loans, bonds, acquisition financings, exchange and liability management solutions; building technical and complex project finance models and stress analysis that include financing scenarios, debt sizings, pricing of debt and convertible securities, riskreturn dynamics using GAAP or foreign equivalent principles, including cashflow based models, three statement models, discounted cash flow analysis and comparable company analysis; reviewing, negotiating and performing quantitative analysis based on legal documents such as credit agreements, offering memoranda, bond indentures, commitment papers, fee letters and purchase agreements; applying credit rating agency methodologies, calculating shadow ratings for new transactions, and managing rating processes for structured financings; conducting detailed financial, business and legal due diligence on companies and assets; managing client communication regarding the specific roles, timing, deliverables, and scope of work required during live execution of the transactions; and preparing marketing presentations and scenario analysis for roadshows targeting international fixed income investors and lenders such as banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and hedge funds.br br Travel Required Domestic and international travel is required approximately 20 of the time to meet with clients, pitch presentations, conduct due diligence, and perform site visits in locations outside of intended area of employment. All travel reimbursed by the Firm.
