Note regarding Section H.12 WORK LOCATION This is a fulltime position with Open Concept Architecture located at 208 NW 21st Avenue, Suite 201, Portland, Oregon 97209 and telecommuting limited telework or telecommuting is permitted, but the employee must be located within the Portlandmetro area and a normal commuting distance to the office.br br Note regarding Section H.4.10. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, the minimum requirements are Masters degree in Architecture; and 3 years of relevant architectural experience, to include the following knowledge and skills, which may have been gained concurrently Demonstrated experience in all conventional aspects of Architecture; 3 years of experience with Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop; Demonstrated technical expertise in Architecture design and detailing for adaptive reuse, renovation and new construction project; 1 year of experience with Virtual Reality technologies and enhanced visualization software VRay. Requires occasional day trips to client project sites in Oregon. The role is nonlicensed architectural staff. Preemployment background check required.br br Note regarding Section H.10B.
