Must have two 2 years of project design experience. The two 2 years of experience must include experience with the following 1 All phases of architectural and interior design projects; 2 Mixed use master planning; 3 Concept design sketches including hand sketching; 4 Construction documentation for commercial buildings; 5 Building and accessibility code; 6 Design of Hospitality buildings, including 5diamond hotels; MixedUse Highrise and Super Highrise buildings, convention and learning centers; 7 Interior Design experience including Office layouts, restaurants, and cafs; 8 Computer aided software design including AutoCAD; Advanced in Revit; Rhinoceros; Lumion; SketchUp; Photoshop; Illustrator; AND InDesign; 9 Parametric design tools including Dynamo and Grasshopper; 10 Media and Video software including Adobe Flash and Adobe Premier; 11Experience with 3D printing and modelmaking; AND 12 Experience with LEED Certified projects. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience.
