Specific Skills

The five 5 years of experience required in Section H must be progressive postbaccalaureate experience in a business analytics position supporting the development of a companys data architecture. Experience must include two 2 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 applying advanced analytics capabilities ranging from simple calculation and metrics to advanced techniques using algorithms with prescriptive and predictive outcomes, including statistical techniques, segmentation, mapping and modeling; 2 utilizing software application capabilities including systems such as Big Data clusters, Cloud Data Lakes, direct database access for the purposes of data discovery and insight; 3 designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Power BI report solutions; monitoring and managing Power BI Report Server, OnPrem Data Gateway Installation, Upgrades and Configurations, Power BI Premium Capacities Cloud and access to PowerBI environment including creating and assigning Workspaces, setting up and managing data sources on the data gateway and controlling access to Power BI reports and apps; 4 improving a companys data practices and reporting and analytics approaches via defining data and metric standards, driving automation and improved information access, BI tool selection, and other related enabling activities, including data warehouses, Cloud Data Lakes, CRM systems, transactional systems, external vendormanaged systems, and call center data; 5 utilizing technologies and tools Customer Relationship Management CRM analytics; statistical software packages SPSS, SAS, R, Python; business intelligence tool Power BI; intelligence tools environments data warehouse with SQL, Azure Data Lake; as well as advanced mathematicaleconometric skills, including multivariate techniques ANOVA, ANCOVA, Linear NonLinear Regression, Time Series, Factor Analysis, and Clustering. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program.
