Master degree in an ABET accredited Electrical Engineering program and 2 years of experience that includes Tuning and troubleshooting of EMS Power System software, database and graphic user interface using Alstoms EMS Power System applications, which must include at least 1 year of experience using State Estimator, Power Flow Analysis, Contingency Analysis and Outage Scheduler; Power system modeling using eterrasource or Genesys modeling tool; GEAlstom EMSSCADA station oneline building and maintenance; ICCP interface using Eterracomm; and C, JavaScript, Python and Perl scripting languages, and SQL database language. Alternatively, bachelor degree in an ABET accredited EE program and 5 years of progressive experience as specified above is acceptable. ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. NonABET accredited degrees in electrical engineering must be accompanied by a Professional Engineers PE license from any U.S. state or by a master degree or a Ph.D. from a university with an ABET accredited bachelor degree program in electrical engineering.
