MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field plus 5 years of postbachelors progressive postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have 3 years of conducting external audits or other financial or tax due diligence experience with a public accounting or professional services firm.br br Must have 2 years of experience supervising the planning, execution, reporting on audits or other due diligence of financial statements or taxes prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP andor another foreign equivalent accepted accounting standard, such as IFRS.br br Must have 2 years of experience supervising audit or other financial or tax due diligence teams consisting of two or more staff members.br br Must meet one of the following requirementsbr Hold U.S. Certified Public Accountant licensure; orbr Hold membership to a foreign independent accounting standard setting board AND 1 year of experience preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP or;br 2 years of experience supervising the planning, execution, reporting on audits, other due diligence of financial statements or tax due diligence for companies in the financial services sector prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP.br br Requires domestic travel up to 50 in order to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
