JOB REQUIREMENTS Further to Section H above Must have Masters in Comp SciEngring, Mech Engring, Electrical Engring, or rel field and 2 yrs rel machine vision systems exp. Also requires skills 2 yrs exp in image capture and processing, including selection of cameras, lenses, optics, and lighting. Also requires two professionally recognized machine or computer vision certifications.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum requirements for this job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level of position, because a Project Manager Computer Vision is a critical advanced level position within our structure. This position involves high level technical work using stateoftheart tools, technologies, and processes. The work involves such critical activities as the following working as a key link between cross functional teams; developing requirements and providing solutions for static and dynamic vision systems; providing direction and mentorship to machine vision and imaging systembased projects; researching, designing, modifying, and testing solutions; and selecting vision and other components for managed products conferring with component vendors, manufacturers, and software companies. This level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Project Manager Computer Vision in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
