Developing and releasing driveline mechatronics systems.br 2. Planning and developing driveline mechatronics systems with V development model.br 3. Leading, Interfacing and planning driveline mechatronics systems projects with automotive customers, and solving diagnostic, and vehicle integration issues.br 4. Developing driveline products incorporating automotive industry standards and processes including ASPICE, ISO26262.br 5. Utilizing agile project management.br 6. Leading development of driveline mechatronics systems architecture.br br Experience may be obtained concurrently.br br This is a key position with AAM, responsible in part for leading engineers from multiple engineering disciplines to develop and deliver automotive driveline mechatronics systems such as electrified driveline systems, electronically actuated clutch systems, electronically controlled shift systems, All wheel drive systems; working across multiple disciplines in System V development process to develop driveline mechatronics systems by integrating electrical and electronics hardware, mechanical actuation components, controls, embedded software; coordinating work status with customer engineering including application and vehicle diagnostics and integration topics; incorporating Functional Safety, ISO26262, functions with ASPICE process implementation for driveline mechatronics systems; and leading preparation and completion of quality audits incorporating ASPICE, ISO26262 testing based on HARA analysis. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, as well as experience with, applicable engineering concepts and issues, a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering, or foreign equivalent education, and 5 years of postbaccalaureate progressive work experience in the Automotive Driveline Mechatronics Systems field, is required, as the position involves utilizing project planning, scope break down and allocation, issue management and resolution, with Agile principles utilizing IBM RTC; leading development of driveline mechatronics systems architecture per customer requirements, with development and integration test plans, including remote development teams and thirdparty deliverables; and negotiating system functional delivery content with customers, setting implementation and defect resolution priorities and managing release of functions to customer.
