This position requires that a successful candidate possess at minimum a Master of Business Administration MBA degree or foreign equivalent plus at minimum two 2 years of professional experience performing financial modeling for the infrastructure andor energy finance industries. Experience must includebr br 2 years of experience advising on complex project finance projects, and in particular concessionbased public private partnerships, ideally with experience advising both public and private sector clients.br 2 years of experience structuring financing plans that draw on diverse funding sources, including utilizing tax exempt bonds, private activity bonds, TIFIA and RRIF loans provided by the USDOT, bank loans, and privately placed taxable debt;br 2 years of experience identifying issues preventing successful funding and financing of projects;br 2 years of experience modeling complex financial concepts that include traditional tax exempt debt limitations and requirements, equitybased financing structures that incorporate lockup, cashsweep, and IRR calculations, and running sensitivity analysis on financial models;br 2 years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior and large audiences for high profile projects; andbr 2 years of experience utilizing Visual Basic, building and running macros in Excel to optimize financing structures, and running DBC bond module software.br br Requires travel to client locations typically San Francisco, New York and Washington DC approx. once every 23 months. Permitted to telecommute 50 of time so long as available during normal business hours U.S. PST
