Experience must include applying business and management principles to strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership decisions, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; overseeing customer services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction; familiarity with and use of construction industry products including Frami, Framax, Dokaflex, MF240, Dokadek, Top50, Dokamatic, Staxo 100 Shoring, D22 Dam Formwork, K Platforms, Xclimb60, Xbright, SKE50, SKE100, Dokascaff Stair Towers Super Props and Super Climber; operating within company budget guidelines to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual results; operating with the use of key performance indicators implemented to define and review effectiveness of the team and tasks performed within the operation; proficient using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics applications, knowledgeable in SAP and TMS platforms, knowledgeable of ADP payroll system; advanced Excel; researching, engaging and negotiating with new material and logistics services supplier; generating and analyzing Costs Analysis Reports to present finding and recommendations to management while assisting in business decisions to support steering daily operations throughout the course of the year; effectively managing a diverse team consisting of both bluecollar and whitecollar workers to achieve budget results; managing the payroll process; ensuring compliance with fixed cost plans; organizing proper maintenance of all Front Office and Warehouse facilities and fixed assets; creating solutions for safety concernswork related injuries by conducting Safety Risk Analysis and implementing corrective measure as needed; ensuring all operations are compliant with occupational safety and health regulations. 6 domestic travel, 1 international travel required.
