MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field plus eight 8 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or in a related design engineering occupation.br br SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSbr br Following skills must have been gained through three 3 years of experiencebr br 1 Utilizing LVS and DRC using Pegasus to ensure proper connectivity and manufacturability of blocks, IP and testchips.br 2 Utilizing Innovus or ICC to floorplan, place and route, build clock trees, assess utilization and routability, generate adequate power grids.br 3 Utilizing Tempus or Primetime STA to assess static timing, glitch and noise issues, skew requirements, slew and capacitive load analysis and constraint development.br 4 Floorplanning experience, including preplacement of macrosIOsRAMs; creation of stdcell areas, rows and tracks; pin creation and placement; creation and usage of blockages; regioning; cell padding; utilization and congestion analysis; power grid generation.br 5 Utilizing Timing closure experience to modify and address static timing and DRV issues to ensure a design meets all timing related requirements.br 6 Utilizing chip level physical design and finishing experience to implement testchips containing IP, IOs, controllers, memories in a highly efficient and quality fashion in cutting edge technology nodes.br 7 Utilizing Conformal and Conformal Low Power experience to ensure logical equivalence and proper implementation of power intent for a design.br 8 Utilizing Voltus or Redhawk IREM analysis to estimate design power in various modes and states, analyze and assess IR and EM results and issues and to read as well as generate power and noise models.
