This position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field and 4 years of work experience in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis. Also must have work experience with 1 Developing and implementing scenario planning for Support Function Cost SFC by Cost Center and by Country that allows the identification of corrective actions, opportunities for new investments, and ensures alignment to profitability strategy; 2 Utilizing excel and Sequel SQL to create and analyze complex models for projections and historical data; 3 Set SFC Targets, controls, and metrics to measure and monitor company spending; 4 Lead implementation of tools for consolidation and reporting SPOT, Shuttle, HFM, Essbase, and G4 Oracle base; 5 Utilizing Oracle, SAP, and Data Warehouse DWH to handle large volume of complex data for the annual restatement of financial information to measure the business performance organically by eliminating distortions due to divestitures, acquisitions, reorganization, and change in product and entity pyramids;6 Performing Tableau deployment to implement digital views of Financial reports; 7 Utilizing Kinaxis andor AnaPlan to measure demand planning and supply chain capacity; and 8 Utilizing HFM and Essbase to handle multiple currencies conversion impacting financial information across the different countries.
