Experience required with the following 1 experience with each of the following geotechnical techniques diaphragm wall for support of excavation, port bulkheads, transportation infrastructure including cut and cover, shafts for tunneling projects, cut off walls in existing dams and levees or deep foundation, soil mixing either for soil improvement, cut off wall or foundation, permeation and rock grouting for waterproofing system or soil improvement, drill and blast method and fore poling associated to tunnel excavation, soil investigations from surface and underground location, mass excavation, soil nailing, anchoring and tie rods, and strut installation related to support of excavation; 2 five years of experience with port and marine construction as a manager either onsite experience, as a project manager, or business line manager; 3 five years of experience as a project manager on construction sites, including managing teams, operations, contact with stakeholders, budget control, schedule, and responsibility for safety, quality and environmental matters in ports, dams or tunneling projects; and 4 five years of experience as a business manager for construction projects in charge of all preconstruction activities including business development, project identification, tender phase and estimating, methods, scheduling, contract negotiation up to contract award, and transfer to the construction team.br br The position requires domestic travel up to 50 of the time to various unanticipated employer and client locations.br br NOTE Because there is no primary experience requirement in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
