This position requires a minimum of 15 years of work experience in project accounting and project controls. Also must have work experience with 1. Utilizing SAP transaction codes within SAP ERP System to monitor project KPIs; 2. Utilizing SAP to create pivot tables, efficient sum if statements, embedded if statements from raw data; 3. Utilizing POC Accounting NPOC Accounting to control large construction projects; 4. Reviewing budgetcosting for Competitive bids; 5. Utilizing SGV, Birst, and Tableau for project review, controlling and reporting; 6. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast using inputs from Project Managers and analyzing the trend from previous data; 7. Utilizing Excel VBA Macros and Power BI to create monthly financial reports for top management review; 8. Utilizing Oracle Financial and Oracle Projects to for project review, controlling and reporting; 9. Reconciling balance sheet accounts for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing; 10. Managing projects with budgets over 30M, and also 200 to 300 projects simultaneously.
