Cont. from H.11 coordinate with contractors, respond to requests for information RFIs, review and respond to contractor change orders and perform necessary modifications of drawings and specifications as construction projects progress and changes in dimensions, materials, and other aspects of design arise; assist the Project Manager in establishing task schedule and manpower requirements consistent with the project agreement; assist in identifying weekly project requirements and projecting long term needs; assist in managing project consultant agreements and project budgets; assist in identifying and quantifying tasks outside the scope of the OwnerArchitect agreement for negotiation of additional services; conduct site visits and progress meetings, prepare field observation reports, final inspections, project closeout, including punch lists, and record drawings; review and prepare certificates of substantial completion, occupancy, and final completion; conduct postoccupancy evaluation and review of clients use of space.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 3 years of experience to include preparing feasibility studies and programming, concept development and document production for competitions, and participate all phases of domestic and international largescale corporatecommercial, multistory mixeduse, healthcare, and education projects, including new construction, renovation, tenant improvement, and parking garages; preparing capacity studies, concept plans, and development plans; researching codes and regulations, applying planning principles and processes; recommending procedures and creating space organization diagrams indicating functional relationships and appropriate adjacencies within and among the departments of the projects; participating in project team discussions and to provide recommendations when revisions from government agencies, clients, and other stakeholder groups are necessary and translate clients functional and spatial requirements for site and structures into conceptual design solutions; producing 2D3D renderings for design development; preparing presentation sketches, drawings, multimedia and imageboard presentations, architectural detail specifications, building physical models using digital fabrication software for laser cutter and 3D printer, and highly detailed 3D virtual models for presentation packages via building information modeling BIM software Revit, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Enscape, Rhino, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign, editing layouts for concept design, design development, and construction drawings, incorporating LEED sustainable design principles into architectural designs and 3D energy models to evaluate daily sun exposure, analyze heatloads, and maximize energy savings via Ecotect and Ladybug Tools; coordinating with local architects, consultants, and contractors; coordinating with clients for equipment planning; researching domestic and international code compliance under applicable federal, state, or local codes and regulations; coordinating with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, food service, hardware, landscape, code, traffic, parking, acoustic, security, curtain wall, facade maintenance, vertical transportation, lighting, and geotechnical consultants to incorporate building systems in construction documents; applying architectural principles to review all related shop drawings, samples, and mockups; managing project data and all electronic communications via Newforma or other approved software; coordinating with contractors, respond to requests for information RFIs, review and respond to contractor change orders and perform necessary modifications of drawings and specifications as construction projects progress and changes in dimensions, materials, and other aspects of design arise; assisting in identifying weekly project requirements and projecting long term needs; Cont. in K.
