Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i preclinical research andor clinical development in Oncology; ii Kinase inhibitors, including receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as reparational, and PI3K and MEK inhibitors; iii Hematooncologic diseases and relevant techniques such as flow cytometry and cell isolation by gradient centrifugation; iv Drug resistance mechanisms in vitro and in vivo, establishment of drug resistance models; v nextgeneration sequencing for genomic and transcriptomic analyses as well as FISH and digital PCR for validation and quantification of subclonal aberrations; vi phosphoproteomic methods to analyze cytokine expression and kinase signaling; vii advanced cell culture skills including primary cell culture, spheroid culture, and coculture and migration assays; viii designing, performing, and analyzing highthroughput drug screening and hit validation in proliferation, viability and other cellbased mechanistic assays, with good laboratory skills in techniques such as cell culture, CTG, Luciferaseread out etc.; ix planning, execution, and analysis of in vivo experiments for evaluation of antitumor efficacy e.g. CDX and PDX and of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of novel molecules, as well as ex vivo analysis of tumor and organ samples; and x planning and execution of experiments to evaluate efficacy of drug combinations in vitro and in vivo and performing data analysis e.g., isobologram analysis and Bliss independence analysis.br br Experience can be concurrent.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
