Specific Skills

Position requires at least a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, or closely related field. Qualified candidate must have at least 4 years 48 months of experience in an analytical development position, or closely related occupation in the pharmaceutical industry. Qualified candidate must have at least 4 years 48 months of experience a providing analytical support to drug substance andor drug product manufacture, b navigating in a cross functional, fastpaced environment under pharmaceutical guidance, c supporting analytical aspects of project for development, manufacture and release of product for new drug evaluations, d drafting, reviewing and submitting required documentation pertaining to the cGMP environment, e utilizing analytical techniques such as liquid chromatography LC, gas chromatography GC, mass spectrometry MS, and particlesize distribution PSD to assess the quality of samples and perform analytical problem solving, and f developing and validating analytical methods employing phase appropriate approaches at different stages of development for characterization of new chemical entities. All experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept candidates with any suitable combination of education and experience as described in H4 to H10, above.
