Experience must include eighteen months of designing and implementing IAM solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager ISIM, IBM Security Access Manager ISAM, IBM Security Verify ISV, CA Identity Manager, and CA SiteMinder; gathering business requirements, translating them into system requirements, and designing and implementing solutions to meet those requirements; monitoring for and implementing enhancements to solutions and upgrading tools based on advisories from vendors or other external sources; integrating IAM solutions with webbased applications, systems, and databases, including IBM DB2, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol LDAP, IBM Security Directory Server SDS, and Websphere Application Servers WAS; implementing Identity Access Governance including role based access control and access requests; implementing Identity Management solutions including Single Sign On, and Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology, and Resource Provisioning; coordinating with client, functional, development, and technical teams; troubleshooting errors, designing, and implementing solutions to address errors; designing and maintaining technical design documentation, including High Level Design Documents highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture, and required process logic; and mentoring and coaching junior team members. Position requires 80 travel.
