Requires a Doctor of Medicine or foreign equivalent and certification in Family or Internal Medicine and three 3 years experience practicing medicine in an independent medical practice. Must have or be eligible all but legal resident status for a license to practice medicine in state of North Carolina Medical Board License; must have or be eligible all but legal resident status for North Carolina Privilege and DEA licenses.
