Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience which would qualify an applicant for this position. Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in performing financial due diligence, structuring investments and executing capital markets transactions. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following Working in a frontoffice trading, structuring, investing or MA investment banking seat; Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities in the financial services sector, including purchases of financial assets via forward flow transactions; Monitoring investments in the financial services sector, including evaluation of potential exit options, regulatory capital analysis, hedging analysis, and addon acquisitions; Negotiation of transactional legal agreements, such as sale and purchase agreements, servicing agreements and financing documents; Structuring and securing financing for mergers acquisitions transactions, including public and private securitization financing; and Presenting complex information to key internal and external stakeholders.
