MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax, Law, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience in income taxation; OR a Masters degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax, Law, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience in income taxation.br br Must have 1 year of experience with a midsizeregional to large sizednational public accounting firm or law firm performing tax compliance and consulting.br br Must have 1 year of experience in 4 of the following applying complex US and foreign tax concepts to client situations, performing tax compliance and consulting, inbound and outbound transaction consulting, multinational corporation experience, Operating Model Effectiveness OME, foreign tax credit planning, and effective tax rate minimization.br br Must have 1 year of experience international income taxation, including relevant experience with large cross border transactions involving multinational companies or private equity funds.br br Travel required approximately 50, of which 10 is international.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
