Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires two 2 years of automotive development experience, to include two 2 years with the following CAD software CreoCatiaUG; GDT, CAE, FMEA, DFA, and DFM; utilizing an understanding of automotive requirements related to the products to be developed; communicating with customers on specifications and possible solutions; developing proposalsprototypes based on request for acquisitions or modification; using problem solving solution skills and techniques including A3, 8D, and Ishikawa; and working with products involving illumination.
