Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Technical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or a related position. The employer will accept a Masters degree in satisfying the education requirement. Must have five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with all of the following Field experience with the QAQC inspection of the cryogenic air separation units Cold Boxes; Field experience with the installation of new process gas plants, air separation technologies and synthesis gas installations; Field experience with rotating and static equipment installation and commissioning, piping, electrical, instrumentation and basics of process engineering; Field experience with process lines inspection for cryogenic and oxygen services; Demonstrated ability to work with 3D CAD systems; Demonstrated familiarity with material selection for process gas service, particularly in cryogenic service; Developing cleaning packages for hydro lazing, pigging, blowing and flushing based on PID, ISOs and 3D models review; Commissioning Raw consumable materials, intermediates and spares list; Responsible for managing interfaces with Construction and Commissioning Managers and their respective teams; Coordinating with Engineering to ensure that Commissioning and Startup Engineering deliverables are met; Providing deliverables for PreStartup Safety Review. 5070 domestic and international travel to the new built HyCO construction sites.
