Employer does not concur with the PWDs designation of the position offered as a combination of occupations because a clinical postsecondary teacher in NeurologyNeurosurgery will necessarily require the successful applicant to teach in a clinical arena, performing NeurologyNeurosurgery clinical veterinary services. The designation of the position offered as a combination of occupations resulted in the selection of the highest wage of the two occupations and the elevation of the prevailing wage level to a Level 2. Because of the PWD conclusion, Petitioner responded Yes to item H15 Does the application involve a job that includes a combination of occupationsbr br Petitioner would note that it responded Yes to item H12 Are the job opportunitys requirements normal for the occupation because the minimum requirement for the position offered is a DVM or foreign equivalent and this is the recognized minimum education level for the occupational classification. The preferred additional requirement of Diplomat Status was a preference and not an absolute minimum requirement for the position.
