Prior experience must include five 5 years applying knowledge and understanding of evolving markets in Latin America, with a focus on Brazilian and Mexican markets; evaluating business opportunities for robustness in credit profile, taking into account detailed credit analyses of corporate entities, using cash flow projections, economic statistics, regional industry association statistics, company financial statements, key performance indicators, and credit ratios; working on local and hard currency structured finance transactions to design optimal capital structure outcomes and price transactions according to risk profile and in line with market comparables; working on complex negotiations with clients of key transaction parameters, including financing pricing, duration, security package, and other terms and conditions; producing and reviewing cash flow models using Microsoft Excel for corporate finance, project finance and receivables securitization transactions; pricing and modeling derivative instruments using tools such as Bloomberg; and seeking internal credit, reputational, conflicts, environmental, and other types of approvals.br br FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses. Travel required approximately 30 of the time traveling to Latin America.
