Specific Skills

This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of related experience. Must also have 24 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 following appropriate analytical methodology including testing, baseline, measurement, and comparators strategy; 2 leveraging visualization platforms and exploratory data analysis, including time series, distributions, histograms, probability density functions, and Gantt charts; 3 interpreting results using raw data and data aggregation and creating SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation and production fixes; 4 implementing scaled Agile Frameworks to improve delivery; including automation, use of git for collaboration, sprint planning and retrospectives; and 5 strategizing with business and technical teams in building solutions, decommissioning legacy applications, and implementing technological advancements. Must also have coursework or experience with the following technologies, Python, R, and Spark. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolisarea Target office, as directed.
