Minimum 10 Years experience of direct inventory and supply chain management.br Minimum 2 years experience of experience in the marble stone industry.br A level of expertise in worldclass marble stone, or equivalent supply chain operations and implementation that does not require training outside of company policies and procedures.br Expertise in highend, luxury and specialty marble stone including, but not limited to Marbles, granites, quartzites, quartz, porcelain, onyxes, limestone, travertine, sandstone such as the high end Italian marblebr A level of expertise in marble stone chemical and mineral composition, coloring, quality, durability, and frailties of varying marble stone materials that does not require training outside of company policies and procedures.br Demonstrate a thorough understanding of marble stone grading and the Mohs rating scale.br Demonstrated ability to create, manage, adapt, and implement an SOP through the metamorphosis of each phase of implementation.br Expertise in global business operations and the logistics of operations in a global marketplace including but not limited to the international shipping of goods, tariffs, customs requirements.br Proven ability to manage logistics in a global marketplace as a mechanism for organizational growth.br Demonstrate a highlevel of ability to efficiently negotiation international business deals and knowledge of currency conversion rates and cost equivalents for any given market.br Demonstrate expertise in financial metrics related to a marble stone operation in a global market, with focus on Europe, in order to determine efficiency and make contributions to the budgets.br Demonstrate proficiency in the analysis of profit and loss statements to identify efficiencies, deficiencies and other KPIs in the operations.br Demonstrate proficiency in California employment and labor laws as they relate to the overall efficiency of operations.br Expertise and proficiency in storing the stones in order to sell the inventory in the correct way. First entrance first exits. Making an ABC strategy of products with a restock strategy considering lead times.br Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
