This agile business model provides for upstream, midstream downstream capabilities resulting in efficient control over the operation chain. The position offered is part of the shared IT services. It is a seniorlevel position that involves a high level of technical acumen extensive handson experience leading software development projects throughout all phases of the development lifecycle. Our Senior Software Engineers must have at least the education experience listed in the minimum requirements, we would not hire anyone who did not possess these credentials. They must have indepth theoretical understanding of computer application development, gained through a university degree, in order to provide the level of knowledge to solve the unique complex technical problems required for developing, designing, creating, modifying consumer facing B2B software applications with a heavy focus on Sitecore enterprise applications development. The role involves the more sophisticated tasks of designing developing software interfaces technical architecture, translating business needs into technical requirements building backend, serverside applications. It also involves leading sprint planning sessions with the team, providing advanced tier support to applications developed by the team, resolving mergeconflicts. The position demands strong software development experience, strong communication skills at both the peertopeer crossfunctional levels. As a seniorlevel contributor, an individual in this position is expected to perform more complex job duties with limited supervision, as well as serve as a leader and mentor to less experienced engineers with an emphasis on B2B software applications Sitecore enterprise applications technologies.
