Must have 10 years of progressively responsible global markets and banking experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation. Must include 10 years of experience in each of the following Resolving complex trade issues, structured notes, derivate based lending business, cash, and derivative fixed income trades including Rates, FX and Credit product classes; Assessing new product buildout and launch as they relate to fixed income cash and derivatives products to ensure their infrastructural readiness; Managing both external regulator such as OCC, FINRA, SESC, JSDA, HKMA, BNM and internal corporate audit inspections, exams and queries for Fixed Income products; Monitoring Fixed Income product regulation for cash and derivative instruments such as Volcker rule, CFTC swap reporting requirements, Reg W, Government Securities Dealer requirement and other regioncountry specific requirements; Monitoring legal entity subsidiary governance and structural buildout of new legal entities including large scale fixed income product rollouts; Assessing operation and distribution of fixed income products in U.S., Japan and AsiaexJapan clients to monitor client interaction on regulatory challenges and technology buildout. The employer will accept two 2 years of global markets and banking experience as meeting the Bachelors degree requirement.
