Five 5 years of experience must include the following performing managerial functions, including but not limited to making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing staff; working with Architecture and other security colleagues to provide specific Identity and Access solutions and projects to help transform the various IAM towers; recommending Identity and Access Management tool upgrades and replacements to support the enhancement of Information Security services and integrating solutions with overall Information Security strategic plans; and utilizing SOX and SOC compliance.br br H10.B analyzing complex issues regarding information security platforms in a Financial Services Industry or other highly regulated industry.
