MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience; or alternatively a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or related field and 4 years of related work experience.br br Of the required work experience, must have 4 years of recent tax experience with a midsizeregional to large sizednational public accounting firm delivering tax compliance and reporting, including managing compliance engagements.br br Must have 4 years of tax experience including core tax accountingASC 740 and tax provisions review or preparation working with US GAAP accounting standards.br br Must have 4 years of experience with online research tools to perform tax analysis.br br Must have 2 years of experience working with Japanese corporations and decision making processes.br br Must have 1 year of experience reviewing tax returns prepared by junior tax professionalsbr br Must have 1 year of experience managing tax compliance engagements, including engagementrelated budgeting and billing, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and escalating issues to tax partners or executives as needed.br br Must have 1 year of experience with IRS Circular 230.br br Must demonstrate oral and written fluency in Japanese.
