Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering degree, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Associate Manager Buyer Experience Analytics, Manager Buyer Experience Analytics, Analyst Operations, ManagerTrust and Safety Analytics, or similar experience in the field of data analytics. Must have 5 years of experience conducting product experimentation including AB and Multivariate testing. Must also have 1 year of experience managing an analytics product team that includes data scientists and software developers. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with required travel to the Bloomington, IL headquarters at least a few days a month.
