JOB REQUIREMENTS Further to Section H above Must have PhD in Economics, Public HealthPolicy, Psychology, or related social science field. Also requires skills 1 year experience in analyzing health policy; data analysis and data management techniques using SAS, SSPS, STATA, Access, or Excel; working with large data sets to answer modelrelated questions from business stakeholders; leading proposals and preparing reports; process analysis, evaluation, and experimental research design activities; managing administrative aspects of projects, including day to day task activities, staff performance, resources, risks, and client relationship and communication; working and liaising with federal agencies; working with kidney disease data in the federal or commercial space; and managing teams of programmers and research analysts. Alternatively, must have Masters in Economics, Public HealthPolicy, Psychology, or related social science field and 4 years related social science research experience. Also requires the following skills 4 years experience in analyzing health policy; data analysis and data management techniques using SAS, SSPS, STATA, Access, or Excel; working with large data sets to answer modelrelated questions from business stakeholders; leading proposals and preparing reports; process analysis, evaluation, and experimental research design activities; managing administrative aspects of projects, including day to day task activities, staff performance, resources, risks, and client relationship and communication; and working and liaising with federal agencies; and 2 years experience in working with kidney disease data in the federal or commercial space; and managing teams of programmers and research analysts. Any required skills can be gained concurrent with academic studies. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
