Note to clarify H.13 a foreign language is required based on the nature of the occupation.Requires a Bachelors degree in English, French, Language or education field or related or foreign equivalent. Requires fluency in spoken and written French and four 4 years of direct middle or upper school French teaching experience including at least 5 Advanced Level classes.
