Specific Skills
The position requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a foreign equivalent degree. We require at least two 2 years of engineering experience with CRM software Maximo or SAP in the energy industry. Experience must include at least one 1 year in combined cycle power generation, including experience with 1 design, construction, testing, and startup of thermal energy systems; 2 efficiency maximizing by and carrying out root cause analysis of equipment failures, including thermo graphic surveys, vibration analysis, and system modifications; and 3 records and report management services. We also require at least one 1 year of experience with budgetingcost control services and acting as a liaison between contractors and municipal authorities andor utility and independent power producers, as well as six 6 months of experience overseeing contracts and performance for renewable energy systems. Experience may have been gained concurrently. Travel 510 to visit project sites across the US, as needed. May partially telecommute from home within normal commuting distance of our St. Paul office.
