Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Studies and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or three 3 years of experience using AutoCAD; Preparing cathodic protection and straying current mitigation system designs including galvanic and impressed current cathodic protection system; performing Installation inspection, testing and troubleshooting; Participating in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables; Developing estimates of technical efforts for projects; providing input to the develop of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements; Performing quality control review of design calculations or drawings; Providing technical support to resolve corrosion and stray current control issues for a wide variety of industries; Organizing and analyzing fieldlab data to prepare reports with concise conclusions and recommendations for corrosion control requirements.
