Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, law, sciences, engineering or related field such as mechanical engineering. Five 5 of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five 5 years working with multistrategy including but not limited to Fixed Income, Fundamental and Quant Equities and Alternative Investments; variety client types including but not limited to Pension Plans, Trusts, Hedge Funds, Corporates and Insurance Companies; delivering operational soundness and risk mitigation to clients; front to back trade flow and operational structure; project management including ability to organize, track and drive resolution to multiple threads of activity; handson approach to resolving issues; and relationship management experience with external vendors andor investment managers with an ability to gain trust and confidence from clients, internal functional areas and senior management. Prior experience must include four 4 years working with European and US regulations regarding client implementation, including regulatory clearing regimes for different client types based in different jurisdictions; portfolio management processes and operational models to support clients investment mandates; overseeing the setup of investment guidelines, derivatives onboarding, Know Your Customer KYC review, custodian connectivity, client reporting and billing setups; and specific challenging work streams including inkind asset transfers of derivative products, multijurisdictional compliance requirements, custom client reporting builds and facilitation of internal committee reviews for novel processes or client mandates. Prior experience must include one 1 year working with legal contracts and legal and compliance issues, regulatory frameworks and regimes impacting Asset Managers related to investment management agreements, manager subscription documents and side letters, ERISA requirements, CFTC reporting, Form ADV disclosures and MifID reporting and disclosures.
