Specific Skills

Must have at least a Bachelors degree or higher, or foreign equivalent, in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field and at least 7 years of experience in the job offered or at least 7 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus in powertrain engineering. All stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience working with automotive OEM customers and building relationships with all functions and levels across the organization and across multiple countries. Stated experience must also include at least 2 years of experience working in each of the following areas of automotive development powertrain calibration using industry standard tools; powertrain benchmarking; and verification and validation through industry standard methods, such as hardware in the loop, vehicle testing or vehicle design verification plans. Must also have completed graduate level coursework in Powertrain Control Systems, Fuel Cells, and Hybrid andor Electric Vehicles. Must be willing to travel 15 domestically and 10 internationally. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
